A work of art as souvenir
Individual and unique, designed and signed by the artist, these pieces transcend the commercialisation of "souvenir" and define themselves as objects of cultural heritage. Numbered, limited edition pieces are accessible. Anyone can acquire these objects and have a direct connection to the artist´s work.

Each piece in the series is different and creates a close link to understanding both the work and mind of its creator. This is Anneís signature on natural stone, her element.

Series 1 Souvenir Art: Memory Cubes

Since 2006 Anne Kampschulte has been working the concept of "Desert Cubes". The cube, as a geometric body both balanced and earthbound, becomes a conduit for internally generated patterns, which then appear on its surface. Memory locked deep inside the stone is visibly released and can be touched: a truly palpable experience.
Each series consists of 50 cubes of polished marble in the size 10x10x10 cm, signed and numbered by the artist.
