Fiebre del oro

The cultural association "Fiebre del Oro" (Gold Fever) reopens in Las Negras in June 2010. This small village is situated in the Parque Natural Cabo de Gata / Almeria.
Rafael Ebrero, a "magician" in the creation of furniture made of recycled material is the founder of this association. The sculptor Anne Kampschulte has now joined the project. In the new location the two artists have found a permanent exhibition space to show their work continuously and to present the work and activities of other artists and artisans.

Art to take way

The new exhibition space has been designed by Rafael Ebrero in the style of the former site of the Association in Rodalquilar. It is easily to be found on the road to Cala San Pedro. With about 40m2 of exhibition space and the view of the beach of Las Negras (Cerro Negro) a new perspective is opened up in Las Negras for neighbours and visitors to the park to acquire art in affordable prices.

"Fiebre del Oro" will be open in June every day untill the end of september, mornings from 10:00 -14:00 oíclock, afternoons from 18:00 - 22:00 h. In the remaining months of the year, weekend activities are planned.
